We are committed to respecting human rights and providing a fair and ethical working environment for our employees. In addition, we invest in employee orientation and training and carry out regular risk assessments in each of our production facilities and departments. We expect all our partners to share the same principles and values with us.<\/p>\n The transport industry is at a major turning point, driven by new technologies, and social and economic responsibilities. We are involved in the transformation and together with OEMs we create solutions for a more sustainable and resilient infrastructure. By providing spare parts to our customers, it extends the life cycle of the end products. Moreover, we aim to reduce energy consumption in relation to the tonnes of products produced and to diminish the environmental impact of our production plants and processes.<\/p>\n 12. Responsible consum According to the standards, we use the most environmentally friendly and recyclable material solutions to reduce our impact on the environment. We are also looking for more sustainable and carbon dioxide-free material solutions. We continuously strive to increase our recycling rate in our operations and invest in production technology to reduce waste.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 13. Climate act<\/strong>ion<\/strong><\/p>\n For us, climate action means reducing emissions and improving energy efficiency in our own operations. We have calculated the carbon footprint of our own operations, which allows us to optimize our activities to be less harmful to the environment. This will also allow us to influence the air quality factors of our own operations. We are committed to achieving carbon neutrality (Scope 1-3) by 2040.
